Struggling to find time to fit in fitness during the holiday season? Schedule your exercise time on your calendar and stick to it. Reward yourself when you get to all of your scheduled workouts (not with a sugary treat, buy that cute workout top you have been eyeing up!) Schedule a “fitness date” with your bestie or your significant other. This can be truly helpful while having accountability.
How about including a fast walk around the mall before you shop? Cleaning the house before the holidays? Turn on the music and have yourself a dance party while you dust! Set a goal, like fitting back into those old “skinny” jeans. You can do simple body weight exercises like jumping jacks, squat jumps, burpees, and planks anytime anyplace, so NO excuses just DO IT!
