Most people would like to be active and stay fit, but I know sometimes it can seem like only a dream. For most of you, time is the number one excuse for not being able to get in exercise. And this is understandable, but also fixable. All it takes is time management. Waking up earlier, exercising during lunch, and making time after work are just some of the slots you can fill with exercise. Some people would rather “relax” thinking that it will help reduce stress. This is true; however, exercise is the number one way to reduce stress in your life. Another simple solution to getting your exercise in is working out at home. I understand if you can’t make it to a gym and workout for an hour and a half, but out of 24hrs in the day, a simple 30 minute workout can be sufficient. If you are uncomfortable working out by yourself since you are a beginner, they make DVDs, such as P90X or insanity, to work out to in your own living room. Think of it this way, by changing just 2% of your entire day (30min), you can drastically improve your quality life.
